Salmon filet seasoned, then layered with sliced Meyer lemons and capers. Baked to perfection, finished with citrus butter, accompanied with wild rice and vegetable medley
Braised Short Ribs
Braised with red wine, fresh herbs and spices served over garlic whipped potatoes and vegetable medley
Prime Rib
Encrusted in fresh herbs and seasoning, slow roasted to perfection, accompanied with horseradish cream, au jus, roasted garlic whipped potatoes and vegetable medley
Baked Melanzane (vegetarian Option)
A grilled medley of polenta, roasted zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, and baby spinach baked with parmesan, provolone cheese, tomato sauce and fresh basil
