33rd Annual Paso Robles Wine Festival
It’s almost Wine Festival time again. Hard to believe that this event started 33 years ago with a very small handful of wineries, and now over 70 Paso wineries take part in the main event May 16th in the Downtown City Park. The park is the heart of Paso Robles, and a beautiful location for this event. It’s filled with numerous mature trees including the iconic Paso oaks, all of which provide shade for event attendees.
This year there will be some educational experiences provided by the Rhone Rangers and the CAB Collective as well. These are perfect for the wine lover trying to learn a little more about the beverage they love. There is a new expanded band and picnic area where the Damon Castillo Band will be rocking out - great local band.
The wineries will be set up in the park by regions like Bordeaux style, Rhone, Zinfandel, and Burgundian. This makes it a bit easier for those who are looking for a more focused tasting. There you have it, Wine Festival 2015. Go out and enjoy! And if you happen to be out and about you can always stop at Hunter Ranch for a fabulous lunch and a round of golf!
