Paso Robles Concerts in the Park

It’s that time of year again in Paso Robles. The weather is warm and the first day of Summer is right around the corner, June 21, which can only mean one thing…the Paso Robles Concerts in the Park are about to begin. The first one of the season is June 18 and they will be held every Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm until August 20.

One significant change from previous years is that the concert day is Thursday rather than Friday. So we shall see what the turnout will be like but my assumption is that it will be busy as usual. The lineup of bands can be seen here if you scroll down to the bottom. A total of ten bands will entertain us through the summer. Pretty impressive list and wonderful that these are free concerts for the community to gather for.

Our downtown park is, in fact, the center (not literally although it feels that way) of the Paso Robles community. It’s been a gathering place for these concerts, wine events, art festivals, as well as the Olive Festival and Lavender Festival. You can’t help but feel ‘at home’ when strolling through. It is, in my opinion, the epitome of small, quaint, historic, and beautiful.
